Dear BelToll system Users!
To submit an electronic claim, users will need to be authorized (click here) at the website, by filling in all of the necessary fields:

  1. E-mail.
  2. Verification code (symbols on the page).


Once a “Signed In Successfully” message is displayed, a link to fill in an Appeal Submission Form will be sent to your specified email. It may take up to 5 minutes to deliver the link to your email.

Other ways of submitting complaints (submitting appeals personally to the “Transport Inspection” State Institution, at BelToll customer service points, and submitting appeals by regular mail to the “Belavtostrada” State Institution and to the “Transport Inspection” State Institution) remain in place, unchanged.

Please note that as per Article 12, paragraph 1, of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 300-3 “On Appeals from Citizens and Legal Entities” dated 18/07/2011, appeals should be submitted in Belarusian or in Russian. As stipulated in Article 18, written responses to written appeals are provided in the language the appeal was submitted in.
