Generally the following services are provided at Customer Service Points:

  • provision of general and specific information about the BelToll system;
  • provision of  information regarding account status and tolling transactions;
  • handling of all account related services Pre-Pay and Post-Pay (information, account registration, termination, etc.);
  • handling of Pre-Pay services (top-up of pre-paid account, etc.);
  • handling of Post-Pay services (only at specific locations);
  • handling of FCI Road users;
  • issue of OBU to all road users, including replacement and check of OBU functionality;
  • provision of information materials about toll roads and tariffs (leaflets, maps, brochures);   
  • troubleshooting and claims handling.
